Red Angus crossbred cows

The breed was created using the red Angus beef cow in combination with the zebu crossbred cow. Angus cross is red, yellowish-red, with no horns. F1 develops well, less disease in semi-grazing condition, hot and humid climate. Cattle have good meat quality, fat texture (pork fat) alternating in the meat fibers to help soft and fat meat.

According to many breeders, this breed is from neonatal to 5-month-old. The weight is not large and the weight gain is low. However, from 6 months old, the breed is fast growing, higher than other hybrid breeds. The weight of newborn calves weighing 24 – 25 kg, calves 6 months old weighs 100 – 130 kg, 12 months old calf weighs 170 – 210 kg. The 21-month-old male weighs 300 – 380 kg, the 21-month-old male weighs 270 – 340 kg. Average growth of 400 – 500 g / day. The carcass percentage is 60 – 62%
