Mr. Son said that he was born and grew up in a poor countryside in Ha Tinh province. Due to his difficult life, at the age of 10, he had to follow his family to settle in Don Duong district, Lam Dong province. After finishing high school, he did not choose the way to the lecture hall as friends of the same age that decided to stick with the garden to help the family.
Initially, due to the family less land to cultivate so many times he had to work as hired labor to earn more income to cover life. All year long, the floods are hard to do, but life is not much better, after many nights of anxiety, Son thought to find a new direction, the new master want to escape poverty.
Thought to do, after the accumulation of less capital with the help of his family, he has invested money to raise pigs. At first, due to less capital, he raised pigs to play. To realize his dream of becoming rich and self-employed, he boldly borrowed a bank of over 200 million VND to buy breeding cows. But the change of animals, especially the way to care for dairy cattle is not simple.

Once again, Son went to the area to learn the breeding techniques, take care of the cow. Read books, the Internet … plus a little knowledge of breeding so he decided to stick with dairy cows.
After having the capital in his hand, he began to build cages, looking for suitable food sources, and planting grass for cattle. Initially, when he started raising, he only had three cows. Thanks to proper care of the well-developed herd and milk. Along with that, with the capital revolving from the sale of milk, Son has developed up to 31 dairy cows, of which 18 are lactating.
He said: “At first, I encountered a lot of difficulties, because dairy cows are quite picky foods, gradually it is easier to grasp the needs of them. Thanks to the proper technical care, cow herds produce very high milk yield.
Currently, with 18 dairy cows, the average daily gain is nearly 400 kg of milk, with the current milk price that I am importing for the dairy company is 12.5 thousand per kg (formerly 14.5 thousand copper). Therefore, my family pocketed nearly 150 million VND a month. “
According to Son, for sustainable livestock, we have to create the link and find a stable output. As a result, in the past when the price of milk was reduced, many local households could not sell, but the milk production of his family still sells at stable prices. He explained that the households can not sell milk due to spontaneous production, not sign contracts to buy products should output difficult.
At present, the dairy farm not only helps Mr. Son from the white hands become “millionaire milk cow” but also create jobs for local labor with stable income.
